PG Testimonies in a Rated R World?

PG Testimonies in a Rated R World? I was watching a video of Evangelist Lillian Lloyd singing One More Chance where she gives a view of sorts of her personal testimony. Her personal testimony is so up in your face. Why do the testimonies of the Saints always go by the way of the PG genre? Why do we have to hear about your new car, your new man, and your new house? What happened to testimonies of deliverance that we all used to hear about? Should we front and floss in the Halls of Grace as if we have never did a tango with sin? Are the PG-13 testimonies of the Saints of God supposed to reach others who are grappling every day in the Rated R World? How can these folks get delivered from their many Hellified(I know it’s not a word, but it is applicable in this use) situations when we in the Body act as if these individuals’ experiences are so foreign? Finding themselves between financial blessings, and wondering when their kids are going to get it all together. They are picked on at work and at church. There are even those who family situation is so frayed that one wonders will he get better treatment from out and out strangers than those that you grew up the same house with!

God Break Us Through! Lord we know that you have the key that unlocks every door. Lord break Us through! Lord deliver us from being prey to all of the enemy’s schemes. Lord Break Us Through! Lord help us o show love one to another! Lord Break Us Through! Yes Saints maybe the Saints of God should realize that we are not in a practice run in this thing called life. Saints the enemy is playing for keeps, not only is he trying to steal and kill you, but he has the same goal in mind for your children! It’s time to awake in Zion, we have slumbered and we have gotten off on the wrong track for so long. Can the Body of Christ come together to fight the enemy?

This isn’t a skirmish where we have time to worry about that which is superficial. We have to go into attack mode. Yes the kingdom is calling you! Lord help us to wake up and break through! Lord help our marriages and our relationships! Lord Break Us Through! Lord Break Us Through! The enemy’s lines are ever increasing and Hell has enlarged herself. In this Laodicean Age, Lord Break Us Through! Lord we need you to find us in and at out time of need. Yes unseal our outer floss and play acting and Lord take that which we hide from others in the world. Heal the deep recesses of our hearts! Lord Break Us Through! Lord we are in need of your nurturing and your grace! Lord Break Us Through! Lord we need you to deliver us from crime in the streets and the enemies that lurk by night!

Lord Break us Through! Lord we need you to travel through the channels of the social networking world to heal us of the many ills and afflictions that the enemy has besieged us with. Lord we know you are still a healer! Heal us now! Lord break Us Through! God speak a word that would restore many of our inner cities from becoming waste places. Lord Break Us Through! Lord help us to love past any and all color lines. Lord Break Us Through!

Lord Break us Through while we are sitting at the desk on our jobs! Yes even at our jobs we are bold enough to cry out, Lord Break Us Through! Lord come into our homes and do what is needed to make our homes safe! Lord we need you to keep any that are at risk of losing a place to stay, we are praying that you would reveal yourself as Jehovah Jireh! There is no provider like you! Lord Break Us Through! Lord we ask that you would touch every church that is trying to thrive in this challenging day. Lord Break Us Through! Lord we need you to limit that bickering and back biting in our ranks!

Lord Break Us Through! Lord help us to mend relationships with our brothers and sisters and our mothers and fathers! Lord Break Us Through! Lord we need you to touch any and all that are having attacks on their minds. Lord we bind the spirit of depression and having to take pills to make it! Lord Break Us Through! Lord restore and renew our thoughts of ourselves. Lord help us to forgive ourselves! Lord Break Us Through!

Lord We Need You To Break Us Through in so many ways! Lord send your Holy Spirit for we need a helper! Lord we need the Helper so bad! Lord Break Us Through! Break Us Through! Break Us Through! Lord help us to escape the death grip of sin and decadence. Lord Break us Through! Lord send your anointing that will remove every burden and destroy every yoke! Lord help all of the 5-fold ministry gifts in the world! Lord bless those of us who acknowledge a call and are in leadership. Lord help us to not fall under the lure of the lusts of this world. Lord Break Us Through!

Where is the Sunday God on the Rest of the Week?

Where is the Sunday God on the Rest of the Week? Isn’t it amazing that after a powerful Sunday of worship where one feels like he or she can literally run through troops and leap over walls that one returns to such a struggle during the work or school week. How do we descend from a powerful mountain of worship to return on many occasions to Hell’s Kitchen? Does God only work on weekends? Where is God during the work week? Can God see what these folks are doing to me? Where is the God of Sunday Morning while I am going through on this week? Doesn’t he see that I am under quota and these folks are talking about getting rid of me? Doesn’t God see all of the stuff going on in my home?

OH Where, OH Where has my Sunday Morning God Gone? How can I be so high on Sunday and yet I am left to be picked up off of the floor for the rest of the week? My brother and my sister we are not to be ignorant to the enemy’s devices. Our persistent enemy will rarely attack you in the midst of all of the Saints. We have an enemy that doesn’t fight fair, and he is always on his mission to steal, kill, and destroy. The enemy will always contest any powerful word that you get. The enemy is always against your kingdom advancement. Yes we do serve a God that is a 24/7 God. As a matter of fact we serve a God that neither slumbers of sleeps.

Yes your God is with you during the rest of the week, but don’t ever think that the enemy is content on allowing you to walk on flowery beds of ease. After securing a God word, expect all of Hell itself to break loose. The enemy doesn’t mind you knowing the word, if he can just keep you from walking in it! Yes the same Sunday God also controls the rest of the week! The enemy will seldom strike you where and when you feel your help. He is coward and will wait until he can tackle you alone!

Everyone’s News Isn’t the Believers News! I am sure that the children of Israel didn’t read The Egypt Street Journal before their exodus from Egypt with great possessions! All news isn’t our news, while the news media forecasts more blight, that’s not the news for any believer that heeds the word of God! Whose report will you believe? I am going to believe the report of the Lord!
